Shipping
You may request a shipping cost estimate any time by clicking the "estimate shipping" button located on the shopping cart page. All orders ship from our warehouse in Batavia, Illinois.
First Class (subject to weight limits), Priority, Priority Express and International options are available. Shipping is free for all domestic US orders $75 and over. To qualify your order must total at least $75 after coupon codes and before taxes are applied. Local customers may arrange for a walk-in pickup. Please contact us for more information.
Current processing times are 1-3 business days. Please understand that the shipping times displayed for each shipping option are the USPS estimated transit times and do not include the time it takes us to process your order.
You may request expedited shipping for a fee ($5 for orders up to $100 and $10 for orders $100 and more). Click the "Priority Processing" button on your checkout form if you wish us to expedite your order and your order will go to the top of our processing queue. Typically this means your order will ship next business day. Please contact us if your order is especially urgent and we will work with you to get your order ASAP.
Returns
The satisfaction of our customers is our number one concern. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased on our website you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Please contact us to request an RMA number before shipping your return. Returns received without an RMA number will be rejected. Products must be returned in their original condition.
